Do not recommend buying online.

The shirts did not fit. I've been trying to return them since receiving them 14 days ago.

I logged a return, heard nothing for 3 days.

Called them and was promised that I'd receive an email. Had to call again 4 days later because I received nothing.

I was advised to return it in store. The closest store is more than 200km from my location.

I am also apparently going to pay a restocking fee of R75 because I am returning the items.

This is the worst online shopping experience I've had. Even wish has better customer service.

I received an email asking when I'll be available to return the shirts. I replied but haven't heard anything since.

Hopefully I'll get my money back soon. Either way I will never ever order anything online from Dunss again and would not recommend them to anyone.
