Measure around the fullest part, place the tape close under the arms and make sure the tape is flat across the back.
WAIST:
Run the tape around your natural waistline.
HIPS:
Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
INLEG:
Standing barefoot, measure from the top of your inside leg at crotch to floor.
