Loxion Kulca and SA Fashion Week present, “The Tribute” designed by Ole Ledimo

The Loxion Kulca brand, which initially began as an informal enterprise of hand-made items, has grown into a corporation that reaches the entire country as well as neighbouring states. The brand was born in Johannesburg and since its entry into the market, has been the embodiment of popular culture. It draws its inspiration from authentic African principles of ‘ubuntu’, which govern the nature of their corporate partnerships. 

The term, ‘Loxion/lock-shin/location’, unique to South Africa, is used countrywide to describe townships, ghettos, disadvantaged, under-developed areas and in some instances refers to “home”.
