Likes: The design of the item is stylish and visually appealing, and the price point was more affordable compared to similar products from premium brands.
Improvements: The ordering process needs improvement. When I tried to make a purchase using my A+ (Ackermans) account on a PC, the payment couldn’t be processed, and I only discovered this after a week of attempting the transaction. It should be clearly stated that when using a store account for payment, it’s recommended to use a cellphone for a smoother experience. Reaching the support team was also very difficult.

Not What I Expected in Terms of Quality

I was hoping for a quality similar to what I’ve experienced with Nike Air Force shoes. Unfortunately, the build quality fell short of my expectations. The materials feel less durable, and overall comfort isn’t on par with what I’m used to from similar premium brands. While the price point may be lower, I expected better performance and longevity. I wouldn’t recommend this product if you're looking for high-end quality or long-lasting wear.
