Use your Dunns card at any of the following stores nationwide:

Death benefit – in the event of a customer’s death, the account will be settled up to R5000.

Retrenchment benefit – in the event of the customer being retrenched, the customer’s instalments will be settled for up to six months.

Temporary disability benefit – in the event that a customer becomes temporarily disabled, we will settled the instalment of up to six months

 

 

You need to earn a minimum of R1200 per month to apply for a Dunns card. Applying is simple and easy – SMS your details or download the form below.

The National Credit Act requires the credit provider to validate a consumer’s monthly income in the form of their latest 3 months’ payslips or the last 3 months’ bank statements. The credit provider is unable to process your application without this documentation. Hand your proof of income in at your nearest Dunns store, fax it to 021 928 1112 or email it to confirm@tenacityinc.co.za. We will contact you with the outcome of your application.

What is the interest rate and account fee?

The interest rate is only 21% p.a. (SA) and 17.2% p.a. (NAM) and regulated by the National Credit Act. The account fee is R15.50 a month (SA) or N$ 15.50 per month (NAM). The service fee on Botswana accounts is P12.50 and the interest rate is 24.85%.

What do I do if I can’t afford my monthly payments?

If you are unable to make your monthly payment, please let us know immediately.
Call Card Collections on 0860992 222 (SA) or +27 (0) 219281080 (International) and we’ll make arrangements to address the issue.

What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

Simply call Customer Care on 086 035 7951 or +27 (0) 21 928 1050 (International) as soon as you can to report your card lost or stolen.
Your card will be stopped as soon as reasonably possible and you can visit any Dunns store to collect a new card.

Can someone else use my Dunns card?

 

No, but you can apply for a supplementary card and share your account and credit limit.
